Do we need to present a printed copy of the confirmed schedule?

No, we do not require to print a copy. Just present the reference code and PIN code sent via SMS notification to your chosen motel.

Will it require us to enter our personal details?

As part of our non-disclosure agreement, we do not ask for personal details. Valid email address and phone number will suffice.

How do I pay for my reservation?

Surebed accepts payments through DragonPay that supports direct bank debit, over-the-counter (OTC), payment centers and non-banks. You will be redirected to Dragonpay's website to securely complete your payment. Use Paypal for payment transactions using credit card.

I have a discount card, how do I avail it?

Unfortunately, discount merchant-based discount cards is not applicable.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, you may still cancel bookings within at least THREE (3) days before check-in date.

Can I give my reservation to a friend instead? Or can I book for a friend?

Yes, as long as they have the reference number and PIN code.

Can I still change the date and time of my booking?

No, once you get confirmation message of a successful booking, you can no longer modify date and time of reservation.

I reserved online but I lost/deleted my confirmation code, how can I retrieve it?

Don't worry, Surebed will send a reminder message via SMS 10 minutes before your checkin-time with your reference number and PIN code

How do I reserve a room?

Just go to www.surebed.com. Select the date, time and preferred motel and pay your booking.

What if I arrive late at my scheduled check-in time, will they adjust my stay?

No, If you arrive late, the checkout time will still base on your booked schedule.
